Hardwood Ski and Bike’s new trail network consists of 8 different loops ranging from 3 km to 22 km. There is a trail for every level of ability, from beginner to elite racer on terrain that ranges from gently rolling to challenging.
Hardwood Ski and Bike grooms all of their trails for both Classic and Skate skiing, using new, state of the art grooming equipment. Hardwood’s new equipment allows them to groom in all snow conditions. Snowshoers can enjoy dedicated, ungroomed snowshoe trails.

Located just 5 mins west of Barrie, Snow Valley is just a short distances to all the shopping, dining and accommodations you come to expect on your ski, board or tube getaway.
Snow Valley’s Downhill Ski or Snowboard adventures offer 19 runs, a “Kidz Village,” terrain park, nine lifts including three carpet lifts, which keeps Snow Valley’s goal to be the best resort in Ontario for families to learn, to ski or to snowboard.
Snow Tubing at Snow Valley is perhaps one of the best inventions of all times! Snow tubing has taken off as a favourite family activity and sport in Ontario. Everyone can do it. There’s no need for special and expensive equipment, no special skills needed. Just sit on the tube and go! With a snow tube rope tow and lots of chutes with large lanes so you can go down alone, with your group of friends or your family.
With 14 km of trails and a good pair of Snowshoes you can enjoy the white trees, the soft landscape, and all the fun of playing in the snow. 14 km of trails are accessible to beginners and more challenging trails, there is something for everybody in snowshoeing. Open 9am to 4pm you can rent snowshoes, poles and pass for only $14. Come out and enjoy the fresh outdoors.
